A Variety Of Loggers To Fit Your Application
The standard Pro logger is designed with interchangeable sensors and user replaceable batteries whereas the Mini and Micro are working with mounted sensors and user replaceable button cell batteries.

TrackSense® Pro Logger
TrackSense® Pro loggers are designed to be accurate and durable in the harshest conditions. All components have been selected and tested to withstand the high temperatures and pressures associated with steam sterilization.

TrackSense® Pro XL Logger
The TrackSense® Pro XL is an extended logger with increased battery capacity. This logger is designed for the all applications in temperature range of -80 to +150˚C.

TrackSense® Pro Basic Logger
Many applications do not require the high temperature range supplied by TrackSense® Pro or Pro X loggers. The Basic logger is designed to be a more specific solution for applications below 105°C. Suitable applications would be ambient warehouse validations, pasteurization, humidity and temperature stability studies.

In accordance with ITS 08 ATEXQ5928 TrackSense® Pro, Pro X and Pro Basic loggers, inclusive Sky and equipped with pressure sensors and relative humidity sensors can not be exposed to more than 105°C when working in an environment where intrinsically safe equipment is required.

TrackSense® Lab For Stability Studies
This logger is designed with an active LED light to indicate when a pre-programmed alarm situation has been triggered. The LED blinks green when the logger is running within the pre-programmed temperature band. If the measured temperature reaches outside of this band, the LED blinks red indicating an alarm situation.

TrackSense® Pro Mini And Micro
The Mini and Micro loggers are designed for applications where size is an issue. Each logger has a memory capacity of up to 14,500 data points. The low volume displacement makes these small loggers ideal for monitoring inside packaging. The TrackSense Pro Mini offers temperature monitoring only.

Custom Fittings
Packing glands are available for inserting sensors into any variety of packaging. The glands are threaded to accept sensors and will maintain the seal when pressurized.

The High Performance Battery

TRACKSENSE® PRO SENSOR

TrackSense® Pro Sensors
Ellab offers the largest range of different sensors with 1, 2 or 4 channels. Sensors are interchangeable, enabling the user to change sensors for different applications. This reduces costs because one set of TrackSense® Pro loggers can be used for temperature, humidity and pressure studies.

The temperature sensors can be delivered in rigid, semi flexible and flexible material for ease of use. New sensors are available with or without LED that shows the status of the logger. An active, communicating logger is identified by a green blink.  Loss of communication between the logger and Access Point is signaled by a red blink. This feature makes it much easier to start larger groups of loggers and helps avoid using unprogrammed loggers. In the case of an LED sensor being used in combination with a Sky module, the LED will confirm communication status.

The TrackSense® Pro sensors cover parameters such as:

Extreme Temperature Sensors
The standard temperature range is 0°C to +150°C, but it is possible to ordersensors which can be calibrated and measure down to -196°C or up to +400°C.

The logger has to be placed outside of the environment when measuring at -196°C. When measuring from +150°C up to 400°C, an insulation pack (thermal barrier) is required. The principel is to insulate the logger for a limited amount of time keeping the logger below +150°C. Please consult your local Ellab representative for specific time and temperature limits.

Pressure

The pressure sensor can be used as a stand alone sensor to measure the pressure in e.g. the autoclave itself, but can also be mounted with a connection system to facilitate measurements in small containers without having to place the logger inside the container.

Vacuum

The Vacuum sensor is ideal for lyophilization. Due to its “micro pirani” design this sensor offers extreme accuracy combined with trouble free placement in process either for batch monitoring or chamber validation.

Relative Humidity

To achieve the best results in measuring relative humidity it is necessary to choose the right design of the sensor. The sensor needs to be protected if used in harsh, corrosive conditions such as an EtO sterilizer.
TSP-RH_L
If the sensor is not protected, initial results will be satisfactory but the conditions will affect the sensor and the sensor will eventually start drifting. Therefore, Ellab’s sensing element is protected by a filter but contains special openings to increase air run through.

AutoMarker
The AutoMarker sensor can be used to record events during a session. When started, time markers can be added to the session either by manual activation of the switch placed at the cable end or automatically when connected directly to a PLC using the PLC relay function.

Examples of AutoMarker sensor use are:

  • Logging of the holding time start/stop from autoclave controller
  • Logging of the door openings in warehouse storage, stability chambers, freezers, incubators etc.
  • Logging of general failure of critical components during process e.g. pump failure
  • Logging of emergency shelf cooling activation in freeze dryer

Conductivity
The Conductivity Sensor is compatible with TrackSense Pro Sky option to provide live data if required. Conductivity measurements apply to the control / monitoring of industrial processes and to validate the washing disinfecion processes in hospitals governed by regulation EN ISO 15883:2009.
